REFUND POLICY

Generally, online training course orders are NOT eligible for credit, refund, cancellation or transfer to another party. Pearl Marketing MAY approve a credit or refund request provided the Enrolled has not accessed any of the course content. The Enrolled MUST notify Pearl Marketing of their desire to cancel a course IN WRITING within 24-hours of placing the online order. Requests MUST be sent via email (VERBAL requests are NOT accepted) to the following address: info@pearlmarketing.com

If the request is made AFTER 24-hours OR the Enrolled has accessed course content, the payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Other Terms and Conditions:

Online training courses may NOT be transferred to another individual.

Enrollees have 30 days to complete an online course.

Orders placed with a “Corporate Account” or “Discount Code” are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation or transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Course Extension Policy:

Enrollees have 30 days from the date of registration to complete each online course. The Enrollee may be granted ONE 30 day extension on an AS NEEDED basis provided the request is made BEFORE the training course expires. The extension request MUST be made IN WRITING via email (VERBAL requests are NOT accepted) to the following address: info@pearlmarketing.com

Expired courses are NOT eligible for credit or refund of any kind, regardless of time spent in the course or time remaining.
